COACH PAUL has over 25 years of experience as a successful business coach for small businesses owners and individuals.

A graduate of San Jose State, he began his career as a sales associate for a small training and development company. Then quickly rose through the ranks to become a team lead , sales manager, and general manager of the business. Eventually, becoming the owner.

Under his leadership, the business grew from being a three-person company to having seven coaches, three top-performing sales professionals and two office support staff. The top year was nearly $1,000,000 in revenue.

Today Paul has provided thousands of coaching hours to his clients and is a sought-after business and professional development coach to professional services businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals from Central California to around the united sates and even the world.
